Terms & Conditions

By confirming this reservation, the Primary Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable House Rules.

1. Reservation

• This agreement becomes binding upon confirmation of the reservation.
• The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old.
• The Primary Guest may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon request.

2. Security Deposit

• A $250 refundable security deposit is required in addition to the rental amount and applicable taxes.
• The security deposit may be used to cover damage beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing or damaged items, unauthorized guests or events, smoking or vaping violations, lost keys or access devices, or other charges for which the Guest is responsible.
• The Guest will be notified of any security-deposit deduction, including the reason and amount, within 24 hours after check-out.
• If no deductions are required, the security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out.
• If a deduction is made, any remaining balance will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, subject to applicable payment-processing times and applicable law.

3. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable law.
