Cancellation Policy

These cancellation terms apply to direct reservations with South Florida Vacation Rentals.

Refunds by cancellation date

• Cancel at least 30 days before check-in: full refund.
• Cancel at least 7 days but fewer than 30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in: no refund.
